I don’t have a cutting machine (YET) but I really wanted some subway art. I saw on a blog (if it’s you, email me so I can give you credit) how they used Halloween rub-ons to create subway art. Of course, I couldn’t find Halloween rub-ons at my local craft haunts, but I did find some cute dimensional word stickers. I would prefer white on black, but my kids tell me this is cute.
In the works: some BOO letters in honor of my friends 14 year old daughter going through cancer treatments (her nickname is Boo) and some apothecary jars inspired by Love Manor.

It IS cute!!! Subway art is all the rage right now!!! No telling where you saw it out in blogland 🙂 I even did some a while back for my son who is a runner http://paisleypassions.blogspot.com/2010/08/running-subway-art.html I LOVE that you did subway art for Halloween 🙂 Thanks for linking up (and linking back with my button!) to Thrilling Thursday @ Paisley Passions.
This is cute! I did the Subway Art with the rub-ons…but used construction paper first and it’s way too flimsy. So I did another one and used cardstock and it worked great. I just did a wedding one that I gave to the Bride and Groom on Sunday. I forgot to take a pic of it as I was going to show it on my Blog. If you have a Hobby Lobby near you that is where I found the rub-ons!
